A galvanised mild steel heavy weight running nipple that conforms to EN10241

BS EN 10241 is the new European standard that now covers mild steel fittings previously included under BS1740 and BS1387.

Design Test Pressure:

Hydrostratic test at ambient temperature

Fittings made from tube (tubulars) - 50 bar

Fabricated fittings - 75 bar

Fittings made from solid bar, forgings or heavy wall thickness BS EN 10255 tube (most fittings in sizes 50mm or smaller) - 150 bar

Material:HDG Galvanised Mild Steel

Thread: Male BSPT taper threaded (ISO 7-1, BS EN 10226-1) with the exception of running nipples where parallel threads are to ISO 228-1

Operating Temperature Range: 0° - 220°
